A 3-day workshop on practical sessions on the some math/science topics (visualizing expressions, understanding shapes, math and estimation, design challenge) to strengthen the conceptual understanding of science/math in the teaching and learning community.
Sandhya is a math & science enthusiast, and a women's education advocate. She has a PhD in Electrical Engineering (Semiconductor) from Iowa State University (Iowa, USA) with several publications and patents. She has been an academic achiever, with many awards. She also has a Masters in Public Affairs from the Humphery Institute at the University of Minnesota. Sandhya enjoys watching birds, reading books, morning walks, cooking and dreaming about watching movies.
Sarit is a technology enthusiast, a science teacher, a story teller and a business idea dreamer. He is an engineer by training with a PhD in Electrical Engineering (Electromagnetics) from Iowa State University (Iowa, USA) with several publications and patents. He also enjoys working with their neighborhood communities to make learning a joyful experience for all. He is also engaged in setting up libraries in near by communities. Sarit enjoys discovering new ways to teach old science, designing bamboo furniture and and picking up necessary & unnecessary arguments and arranging things everywhere.
